Tool Kit for Congregational Leaders
Tool Kit for Congregational Leaders is an annual gathering for congregational leaders, typically held in February. After a day of workshops and networking, leaders go back to their congregations equipped with new resources, ideas and connections! While the workshop topics vary from year to year, they cover a wide range of areas relevant to both church staff and lay leaders.
We encourage churches to send multiple attendees so that they reap the benefits of hearing the majority of the sessions. Tool Kit is especially important to church council members! It is held in conjunction with the synod’s conference assemblies, where rostered ministers and lay voting members come together to discuss issues and vote on resolutions, memorials and leadership positions.
