FLYER
This two-page front/back flyer is designed as an 8.5 x 11″ sheet and can be easily attached to email notices, included in newsletters or provided as handouts. It includes a message from Bishop Patricia Lull, a list of the four campaign goals, along with a progress report for each of them.

Statement of Intent Forms
This statement of intent is designed for congregations to track giving intentions of congregants for a Planting Hope Campaign. The program is designed for the congregation to collect the intent cards (and later the financial gifts) and then share with the synod the total amount and number of giving units (and later to provide the financial gifts in one lump sum to the synod office).
You may use the form as is OR you may wish to personalize the form by adding your congregation’s information in the empty space on the right or to provide specific instructions.
