Alicia Rodriguez

Office Manager

Alicia Rodriguez joined the synod staff in July 2015. Alicia is a graduate of Augustana College in Rock Island, IL, where she studied Sociology and Spanish. After graduating, Alicia spent a year in Mexico with ELCA Young Adults in Global Mission. She grew up in a Saint Paul Area Synod congregation and traveled to Iringa, Tanzania with Bega Kwa Bega in 2007. Alicia lives in Richfield with her husband, Carlos, and dog, Nelson.

In her role as office manager, Alicia:

Oversees office operations
Provides administrative support to The Rev. Justin Grimm and Deacon Krista Lind
Serves as the staff liaison to the synod's involvement with the ELCA's AMMPARO initiative
Provides oversight for the planning team for Tool Kit for Congregational Leaders and serves as a key participant in planning the Synod Assembly
