LeaderWise is a 501(c)3 non-profit that works primarily with faith communities in all seasons of ministry, providing assessments, therapy, coaching, consulting, spiritual direction, and reflective supervision for leaders living lives of service. Staff consultants at LeaderWise provide consulting to LeaderWise clients and serve in the consulting process from beginning (proposal) to end (reports, etc). The ideal candidate brings certifications in coaching, spiritual direction, or reflective supervision. Salary will be commensurate with experience and education.
