Musician 10-12 hours per week The musician helps develop and lead the worship music ministry for worship services, in consultation with the pastor and other team members, in a way that is consistent with the mission, values, and theology of the church community, and as a thoughtful leader of congregational song as first priority. Director of Ensembles 5-7 hours per week The director of ensembles helps develop and lead the worship music ministry for the church, in consultation with the pastor and other team members, in a way that is consistent with the mission, values, and theology of the church community. Pay range $8,000 to $14,000.
