Business Administrator

Ezekiel Lutheran Church, River Falls, WI is seeking a full-time Business Administrator who will help manage the day-to-day operations of the church. Qualified candidates will have strong organization and communication skills, an understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, and proficiency with office software and social media. · Professing Christian whose life is consistent with a follower of Christ

· Bachelor’s degree (preferably in a business field i.e. management, accounting, or finance) or at least 3-5 years’ experience is a comparable field.

· Works well in a support role as part of a team and with a diversity of people

· Requires little supervision, demonstrates good judgment, strong organization, attention to detail and takes initiative

· Strong communication skills

· Proficiency with computers and ability to use or learn: Office, Church Accounting and Management Software, Website and Social Media

· Experience working (paid or volunteer) in a Church environment

· Will maintain strict confidentiality
