Learn how to lead your church council and congregation with confidence! Bishop Lull will be joined by three experienced lay leaders for a discussion of topics like managing the council meeting, how to lead a group to make decisions, communicating meeting highlights, clarity of roles and responsibilities, and when to call the bishop. There will also be time for Q&A. Panelists include: Jennifer Tolzmann (Faith, Forest Lake), John Hodler (Trinity, Stillwater), and Don Young (Gustavus Adolphus, St. Paul).
