A Christian Response to Gun-Related Violence & Trauma

What is the teaching of the ELCA on U.S. gun violence? Per Anderson, professor emeritus of religion at Concordia College, will lead this online conversation about the new social message on gun-related violence and trauma. This message engages current trends and understandings that call our church to witness anew to God’s resolve for peace. Conversation participants should read and reflect on the message in advance. Please join and contribute to a respectful dialogue about urgent questions of faith and public life.
