The Children, Youth, and Family (CYF) Ministry Director at Our Saviour’s Lutheran Church cultivates strong relationships and creates engaging, faith-filled experiences where children, youth, and families encounter the grace and love of Jesus Christ. This role emphasizes clear communication, relational trust-building, and a joyful, fun-loving presence that invites connection, belonging, and participation.
The CYF Ministry Director balances outreach to the wider community with intentional faith formation and care for families within Our Saviour’s Lutheran Church, working collaboratively with staff, volunteers, and parents to nurture faith across all ages.
