Vibrant leader to provide vision, leadership, and coordination for ministry to children and youth (ages 0-18) and their families. Organized leader will collaborate with the pastoral staff and CYF team to develop and administer a ministry that cultivates relationships, spiritual growth, intergenerational community, and worship participation. Build relationships with children, youth and congregation members so that CYF ministry is a ministry of the whole congregation. Proven experience in adaptive leadership and demonstrate an enthusiasm for experimentation and creativity. Sound understanding of Lutheran theology with demonstrated ability to teach and model it. Values consistent with those of our congregation.
Commensurate with synod guidelines, based on education and experience.
