St. Andrew Lutheran Church, Eden Prairie | Part-Time

• Assist in the development and management of the church’s annual budget, ensuring alignment with the church’s goals and ministry priorities
• Establish a process with department leaders to forecast projected expenses that ensure alignment with budget plans; determine variances and raise concerns with leadership
• Using QuickBooks online, maintain and assist in the reconciliation of accounts and proper expense allocation
• Determine which financial controls and transparency are necessary in the handling of all expenses to ensure that processes and policies are followed
• Review actual financial performance against budgeted figures, identifying and explaining any discrepancies or variances
• Provide actionable insights to leadership on areas where financial performance can be improved

This position is a part-time, hourly position, based upon a projected 20-25 hours per week. The rate is $32.00-$34.00/hour, depending on qualifications.
