- Build and maintain a portfolio of approximately 250-300 mid-level donors ($250-$500) and prospects with a majority of donors living in Minnesota with the goal to grow them to $1,000+ donors.
- Connect with community members via phone, in person and virtual visits, personalized mass mailings, writing cards, and email communication.
- Work with staff to host small donor engagement events.
- Engage congregation members and volunteers to become donors.
- Build authentic relationships with donors and center our work around the community we serve.
- Work with a team committed to diversity, equity, inclusion, and social justice.
