Join our ministry! We are seeking an individual to serve as a spiritual leader of the church by leading all children, youth and family ministry programs, as well as planning intergenerational events within the congregation.
Required qualifications include belief in Christian discipleship, ELCA doctrine and theology and the ability to teach others; Bachelor of Arts or Science (related field preferred) or minimum of five (5) years’ experience in children/youth/family ministry or related field; and a valid driver’s license.
Preferred qualifications include Bachelor of Arts in Children, Youth, and Family Ministry or Education, as well as previous supervisory experience.
This position is eligible for paid time off (vacation/sick time) and benefits including pension, health and dental, disability and survivor’s plan. All benefits are accrued at a pro-rated amount based on a 40-hour work week.
