In the 2023 Annual Report of the Saint Paul Area Synod, Bishop Patricia Lull highlights some of the ministries and activities of the synod from over the past year. She writes about The Planting Hope Campaign, mission support, the candidacy process, lay leadership training, congregational vitality, our global companionships in Guatemala and Tanzania, a new synod website, the duties of the bishop and more.
